  Rich has been a friend of the family for over 50 years, so when we decided to sell our house in Holley, NY and build a new one, we reached out to him. The experience was great. He gave us helpful tips on what to improve with our property before putting it on the market. He hosted two open houses, and the sale ended up being surprisingly quick. We were very happy with the final purchase price. What I like most about Rich is how easy he is to communicate with. If I had a question, he was always quick to answer, which made everything go smoothly. If I ever buy or sell another home in Holley, NY, he’s the Realtor I’ll call, and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him to friends or family.

  We were introduced to Rich through a friend, and he spent a lot of time with us looking at houses, even though a few fell through. Overall, we had a really great experience. Rich stayed helpful and supportive throughout the process and then worked closely with us when it came time to sell our own home. What really struck me was his energy and enthusiasm. Rich had professional photos done and made sure the listing was shared widely, which brought in a lot of traffic. The house was on the market for maybe two or three weeks, and we were happy with the sale price. We had no complaints about the process. It was a good experience, and I would absolutely work with Rich again or recommend him to others looking to buy or sell with a local Realtor in the Western New York area.

  We've purchased a couple of investment properties through Rich and also use him to rent those properties out. Four transactions so far, plus we've looked at a bunch of different houses with him in the Western New York area. The experience has been great. Rich is very motivated, making phone calls, cold calls, reaching out to people, and hosting open houses. He's well-connected and clearly dedicated to helping you find the right property. Even with as many clients as he has, Rich is easy to get a hold of. If he doesn't answer, he will call you right back. He never fails to follow through. Rich is also very personable and easy to get along with, whether he's showing a house or just talking things through. He even keeps candy in his pocket if kids are around, which is a small thing but says a lot about him. If you are looking for a Realtor who understands investment properties and rentals in the Kendall/Spencerport area, Rich is someone you want in your corner. When we buy, sell, or rent out another property, he will be the first call we make.
