He knows the local market, contractors and investors better than anyone I have met. Most recently, Rich brought a distressed Albion property to my attention. It fit our needs perfectly and we closed in 3 weeks. What stood out was how Rich put the same effort and professionalism in selling that extremely low value property that I have seen him do on properties worth many many times more. I can't think of anyone else I would rather list with than Rich because you know it's going to sell.
