- RURosa UsykDec 9, 20231.0The process of renting one of these apartments was a horrible experience. Unskilled employees and rude. The price for renting is very high for the quality and minuscule size. They impose fees to every tenant prior to moving in for painting and cleaning and the duty was never fulfilled. Upon vacating they again charge you astronomical daily fees if your Notice of Vacancy is not submitted within 60 days. Your 60 day reminder notice is sent to you a few days prior causing you to make a quick decision and uncertainty. They try to eat up all of your security deposit for unnecessary amenities. I will never recommend this establishment to anyone! Do your research and read the reviews so you know what you’re dealing with!
