  I regret to say that I cannot provide a favorable review. I was in search of an appropriate residence for my family and believed this was the ideal choice. We completed the application process. Initially, our move-in date was set for the 6th, but after signing the lease, we were informed of a different date. Currently, we are outside the country due to a family bereavement and are attempting to modify the move-in date. When they require something, it feels as if there is pressure to proceed with the apartment arrangement. Even when I needed to submit the deposit, I was provided with inconsistent information. Despite my efforts to maintain a positive outlook, the experience has been a nightmare. Once an application is canceled, they attempt to retain the deposit under the pretext of lease forfeiture. Please exercise caution before considering a move to this location.

  The staff is amazing. The maintenance here is top tier. One of the main person is Pedro and he is the backbone of this place. Overall staff is pretty great including the front office. Couple of areas to improve are: 1. Mailing and packages - there is around 4 places where packages are delivered and it’s a scavenger hunt to find your packages. There could be a better system 2. Valet trash - they make a big deal about how they want trash and more often than not, they don’t follow their own schedules. 3. The elevator stays broken. In the last 2 months, it was out of service at least 4 times. At one point, both were out of service. So groceries was hard to bring up to the 4th floor, people with disability had a hard time, going out with a child with stroller was a hassle. They just keep apologizing but never permanently fixing. 4. Had AC issues for a while but the great maintenance team found a workaround and now we’re good! 5. It is pricey! You pay for parking for each car on top of amenities and on top of their renters insurance which they force you to take. And base rent is among the higher rangers. Overall good place, no issues again with maintenance, clean, secured, maintained. But just a bit pricey and couple of issues here and there.

  We've lived here for eight months, and it's been an impeccable experience. It's a very friendly, comfortable, clean, well-located building with excellent amenities. The staff is attentive and helpful, always on hand to assist with any issues. Victoria Voronova was our host, and her assistance was invaluable and helpful.
