My experience here has been positive, the property feels safe, clean, and well taken care of. Maintenance especially has improved a lot. Once again, Pedro Leon, the handyman, has been respectful, professional, and provides quick, high-quality service every time. It’s clear that the team now takes pride in creating a comfortable living environment, and I’ve truly enjoyed my stay. Metro 303 was a kind, safe, and beautiful place to stay. The community felt welcoming and well-maintained throughout my time there. I especially want to highlight the outstanding maintenance service provided by Pedro Leon, the handyman. He was respectful, attentive, and always ensured that any issues were resolved quickly and with the highest quality of care. His professionalism and dedication truly made my experience at Metro 303 even better.

What truly stands out is the team, especially lila(AssistancePropertyManager), Victoriya(leasing consultant) , and Pedro from maintenance team who have always been kind, professional, and incredibly helpful. Anytime We've had a question or needed assistance, they’ve responded quickly and made sure everything was taken care of. It’s really comforting to live in a place where the staff genuinely cares about the residents. Highly recommend Metro 303 to anyone looking for a welcoming and well-managed community!
