  The staff is amazing. The maintenance here is top tier. One of the main person is Pedro and he is the backbone of this place. Overall staff is pretty great including the front office. Couple of areas to improve are: 1. Mailing and packages - there is around 4 places where packages are delivered and it’s a scavenger hunt to find your packages. There could be a better system 2. Valet trash - they make a big deal about how they want trash and more often than not, they don’t follow their own schedules. 3. The elevator stays broken. In the last 2 months, it was out of service at least 4 times. At one point, both were out of service. So groceries was hard to bring up to the 4th floor, people with disability had a hard time, going out with a child with stroller was a hassle. They just keep apologizing but never permanently fixing. 4. Had AC issues for a while but the great maintenance team found a workaround and now we’re good! 5. It is pricey! You pay for parking for each car on top of amenities and on top of their renters insurance which they force you to take. And base rent is among the higher rangers. Overall good place, no issues again with maintenance, clean, secured, maintained. But just a bit pricey and couple of issues here and there.

  edited: I noticed some of the older reviews for Metro 303 mention poor maintenance and service, but I want to share that things have changed under the new management and staff. My experience here has been positive, the property feels safe, clean, and well taken care of. Maintenance especially has improved a lot. Once again, Pedro Leon, the handyman, has been respectful, professional, and provides quick, high-quality service every time. It’s clear that the team now takes pride in creating a comfortable living environment, and I’ve truly enjoyed my stay. Metro 303 was a kind, safe, and beautiful place to stay. The community felt welcoming and well-maintained throughout my time there. I especially want to highlight the outstanding maintenance service provided by Pedro Leon, the handyman. He was respectful, attentive, and always ensured that any issues were resolved quickly and with the highest quality of care. His professionalism and dedication truly made my experience at Metro 303 even better.
