- AWAaron Wilson4 days ago4.0Carlow is a nice, newly built property. Abdullah, the concierge, is by far the best part about the property. He is always welcoming and happily greeting residents. Otherwise there are concerns about management practices. There have been several safety concerns on the property, in addition to inquiries about amenities not properly working. When emailing management about these issues, we do not always receive an appropriate response, sometimes no response at all. As residents, we have attempted to raise safety concerns and other questions in the community feed, where we should be able to post freely. However, now management is “reviewing” all posts to the feed before anyone can see, which is a concerning management practice.
