- SHSteve Hart4 days ago1.0Don't waste your time. It's been half a year since we signed our loan and we still aren't in our home. The entire process has been over-promising and under-achieveing. Everytime something is scheduled to get done, all of a sudden that day comes and they can't get it done and then the delays begin. Look elsewhere, i promise you there's better options. On top of this we expressed the fact that our old septic would need to be pumped and sealed up and it was expressed multiple times in person, we assumed this work was added into the septic work on our schedule A as it was mentioned several times and come to find out this task was never added to our site work so now we will need to pay out of pocket for work that should've been added into our mortgage. Home was scheduled to be delivered on October 9th and due to "miscommunication" our home didn't end up being delivered until November 1st.. absolutely miserable and unprofessional experience.

We ordered a Ritz craft home and are extremely pleased with the home. All the trades involved in the placement of the home on the foundation ,finishing the inside the roof and any custom building we had done were awesome very professional clean and we are extremely happy with them too. The only down side was scheduling every step of the way. House was delivered and 2 weeks for a crane to set it. After the house was set on foundation 2 weeks for crew to show up to start finishing, and the same for every other step. So other than time schedule we are extremely happy with the whole process.
