  Our first appointment with Peter was great!We are really looking forward to working with him and the folks at Clayton Homes. He answered all our questions, gave us a tour of the homes on site and was super patient and friendly.

  Made an appointment with Peter to shop around. Peter was amazing!!! Very informative in all the questions I had asked. When its time to buy i will definitely come speak to Peter!

  We are in the process of buying a modular home. A novice with the process and knowing very little about modular homes, we set out to research companies. Clayton Homes in Frankfort NY rated amongst the best! We called to make an appointment and have been fortunate to work with Peter Ryan. Peter is an engaging and knowledgeable professional with excellent communication skills. We have been comfortable and confident asking questions and having our concerns addressed. Never once have we felt pressured. Being a visual person, Peter has given us options to be able to view different model homes. Peter thank you for making this process so much better for us. We look forward to continuing our partnership with you and Clayton Homes as we move closer to purchasing our home.

  I am still in the process of buying my modular home, but I can confidently say Peter Ryan has been wonderful to work with. He’s been responsive, informative, and never made me feel rushed or pressured. He takes the time to explain everything clearly and makes the whole process feel much less overwhelming. I very thankful to have him helping me through this journey!
