My wife and I moved into a two bedroom Town Center Apartment in October of 2023. We Love It here. The location alone is excellent. Across the street is an ice cream stand, and just down the block, you can walk to a major grocery store, two pharmacies, two sub shops, along with tire repair shops, barbershop, restaurants, and more. Additionally, Town Center will open in early 2025, a Juniors Restaurant and a Cafe Madison's on the ground floor. We are really excited about both openings, just going downstairs for coffee, pastries, burgers, fries and more.
I saved the best for last. The Management here is Outstanding. Melanie Diamond is on property daily and very responsive to resident needs, situations, requests, and more. Melanie recently brought in a taco food truck for the residents to enjoy, evening paying for tacos with advance tickets. As a resident here, I also use the Free gym on property, which has high end equipment, including treadmills, weights, a peloton bike, an elliptical, plus more.
It is without hesitation, that I would give Town Center on Twenty 100 Stars. It's Safe, Secure, and Close to everything noted above, as well as the Highways. Just a few miles away is a library, the Y, Target, Walmart, and virtually anything else. Downtown Albany is also just minutes away. Did I say we Love it Here??? It's Home.
