- JCJoanne ClumMay 16, 20255.0Best place to live. The buildings are very secure, grounds are beautiful and kept up, inside is always clean and the maintenance staff are very friendly, prompt and professional. The office staff too. We plan on staying for a long time.
- CMChris MinerNov 20, 20243.0All in all, OTC is a decent place to live. It has one of the best building managers I've ever had (Melanie) as she is responsive and dependable. They also do not have dog breed restrictions which is refreshing and progressive. If you consider OTC, a few things to keep in mind though: (1) the noise from the neighbors living above is painfully loud. Every step the person takes. I would only consider this place if it was a top floor apartment, (2) the balconies are poorly designed and water runs through them at all times (don't invest in nice patio stuff), (3) OTC's landscaping contractor - Gallivan Corp from Troy - is the absolute worst as they milk OTC during snow season for a 0.1 inch dusting and will start plowing (no lie) at 3am and continue for multiple hours. Gallivan has no regard for the tenants and are a disgrace if you ask me.
- KCKeith ChadwickOct 30, 20245.0My wife and I moved into a two bedroom Town Center Apartment in October of 2023. We Love It here. The location alone is excellent. Across the street is an ice cream stand, and just down the block, you can walk to a major grocery store, two pharmacies, two sub shops, along with tire repair shops, barbershop, restaurants, and more. Additionally, Town Center will open in early 2025, a Juniors Restaurant and a Cafe Madison's on the ground floor. We are really excited about both openings, just going downstairs for coffee, pastries, burgers, fries and more. I saved the best for last. The Management here is Outstanding. Melanie Diamond is on property daily and very responsive to resident needs, situations, requests, and more. Melanie recently brought in a taco food truck for the residents to enjoy, evening paying for tacos with advance tickets. As a resident here, I also use the Free gym on property, which has high end equipment, including treadmills, weights, a peloton bike, an elliptical, plus more. It is without hesitation, that I would give Town Center on Twenty 100 Stars. It's Safe, Secure, and Close to everything noted above, as well as the Highways. Just a few miles away is a library, the Y, Target, Walmart, and virtually anything else. Downtown Albany is also just minutes away. Did I say we Love it Here??? It's Home. Keith and Gail Chadwick
