- RHRoselyn HarperMay 16, 20255.0I really enjoy living here! Even though it’s on a main road, I find it peaceful once I pull in. The office staff is fantastic and maintenance is very responsive. The complex is kept nice and clean and neighbors are friendly. I would recommend this complex to anyone!
- JCJoanne ClumMay 16, 20255.0Best place to live. The buildings are very secure, grounds are beautiful and kept up, inside is always clean and the maintenance staff are very friendly, prompt and professional. The office staff too. We plan on staying for a long time.
- CMChris MinerNov 20, 20243.0All in all, OTC is a decent place to live. It has one of the best building managers I've ever had (Melanie) as she is responsive and dependable. They also do not have dog breed restrictions which is refreshing and progressive. If you consider OTC, a few things to keep in mind though: (1) the noise from the neighbors living above is painfully loud. Every step the person takes. I would only consider this place if it was a top floor apartment, (2) the balconies are poorly designed and water runs through them at all times (don't invest in nice patio stuff), (3) OTC's landscaping contractor - Gallivan Corp from Troy - is the absolute worst as they milk OTC during snow season for a 0.1 inch dusting and will start plowing (no lie) at 3am and continue for multiple hours. Gallivan has no regard for the tenants and are a disgrace if you ask me.
- LMLaurena McIntyreOct 7, 20241.0There is no respect for quiet hours here. You will be woken up in the morning very early by maintenance. The “soundproof” windows are not soundproof at all - you can clearly hear the noise of Columbia turnpike, and all work they do outside.
