- SSSydney StylesJan 5, 20261.0Do not rent with Veno properties. I have been without heat for over 2 weeks including during Christmas and New Years. Emergency line provided by company went unanswered for days. Poor communication and follow through, we experienced a serious maintenance issue that dragged on far longer than it should have. Due to lack of Coordination within the company and inconsistent responses. Calls And messages frequently went unanswered and promised callbacks didn’t happen. Even when the issue was acknowledged as urgent, there was a little sense of accountability or timely resolution. If you value clear communication and responsive management, I would think twice before renting here.
