  Dealing with the folks here was one of the best experiences I have ever had really good people to work with and a great attitude i would recommend that if anyone has a chance go down and see them they treat with the up most respect

  I had such a great experience touring homes at Clayton Homes in Chittenango thanks to Sydney! From the moment we arrived, she was welcoming, knowledgeable, and genuinely excited to help. She took the time to really listen to what we were looking for, answered all of our questions without any pressure, and made the entire process feel comfortable and stress-free. Sydney was incredibly patient while showing us different layouts and explaining options, upgrades, and pricing in a way that was easy to understand. You can tell she truly cares about helping people find the right home — not just making a sale. If you’re considering Clayton Homes in Chittenango, I highly recommend asking for Sydney. She made the experience enjoyable, informative, and actually fun!

  We are currently working with Clayton homes on the purchase of a modular home and Dennis and his team have been great to deal with. They do a great job at keeping on-top of everything and the progress moving forward.
