  *** her response is nothing but lies. She is the agent and should have known what she was selling. Not only did she lie about where her client was in the probate process ( or maybe she didn't, lie, she just didn't know from her lack of DOING HER JOB CORRECTLY) She also listed the house I bought as having a 3 year old roof which I just found out is also AN ABSOLUTE LIE! Not only from a roofing company, but the neighbor (who was close with the owner who died) that the roof hasn't been replaced in 10-20 years. DO NOT BUT FROM HER LISTINGS! Original review: So I took some time to make sure I wasn't acting out of anger when writing a review. But all of these months later , I still feel the same way I would never recommend Anyone work with Rita. In a business where you need to know how to speak to people, she does not. In my 7 month process , after being told BY RITA we could get into our house in 2 months and asked if 2 MONTHS was too long to wait, she flipped the script constantly on my husband and I, that we were the problem. When in fact, it was her lack of knowing what was going on in her clients process. For a seasoned realtor, it was pretty shocking that she didn't understand how Probate worked , or that her clients hadn't even filed when we agreed to buy our house. Anytime contacted, she gave blanket statements , clearly not knowing what house or clients she was talking about. Tried to make it seem that my husband and I were holding up the process , when we had EVERYTHING ready to go. She made a very stressful situation way more stressful than it needed to be. I think she has grown her business too big and has no idea what is going on, and should maybe retire from working with clients herself. If I had to hear one more time that her assistant was going to get back to my realtor, I was going to lose my mind. She should care a little less about plastering her edited picture from 20 years ago all over centereach and Selden and focus more on working with people and talking to people in a very "people person" kind of industry. It killed me the day of closing that she was going to make a commission on the house I was buying. Horrible experience.

  We were very fortunate to find Team Rita! They helped us sell two homes!! Both were on the market for only one weekend! Rita and her team were all very accommodating and quickly got back to us with any questions and concerns that we had. They assisted us in finding a real estate attorney and guided us with town issues. I would recommend her and her team in both buying and selling a home. They are truly knowledgeable in all things real estate!

  Highly recommend Mrs Rita and her team. The selling and closing of our ranch was so quick that we still can't believe it. We are already enjoying the South streets of the country since last Summer, but we make sure all our friends in NY area know about this great professional Real State lady who help us sell our house in such short time in 2022, in this process we saw the knowledge and the experience that makes this team great. The kindness goes above and beyond with Rita, she even got us the best souvlakis on the island as a farewell present together with a exquisite wine! 🤗☺️

  I recently used Team Rita to help sell a condo in Middle Island. Great communication and coordination throughout the entire process. Highly recommended.
