  Shannon Rising is amazing! She is very attentive to the details of what you want in your future home. Shannon is patient and understanding and responsive. She found the perfect home for my mother and sister. Add being down to Earth and kind, she's your perfect real estate agent. Who becomes one of the family. Highly recommend!

  Just a note to tell you that your Monday Morning notes have warmed my heart and have put a smile on my face every Monday morning for all these years since you had so expertly sold our home! Who could believe that it is now over four years since you accomplished what others said was deserving but impossible! On a fateful day in October, you came to our home and unlike all the other agents we had interviewed, you challenged my husband to allow you to attempt to sell our home at the ridiculously high price he determined was fair! You and every other agent told us that our home was definitely worth that and more, however, no one was going to pay that amount in Centereach! You convinced him to allow you to put it on the market for HIS price, but if there was no action within three months, he would lower the price! He begrudgingly said that he "would think about it!" Well, lo and behold, through your diligence and reputation, you brought a number of folks that very week and before the week was out there was a bidding war between two families for our beautiful home! We sold our home at my husband's asking price!!! And now, we are delightfully settled for four years in our dream-filled world in our Paradise, Fort Myers, FL!   Not Rita's fault. One of her agents rented my house and lied about his bad rental history and bad credit. They destroyed my house, did not pay rent for many months. Caused me such a horrible experience. I had to evict them. Terrible thing for an agent to lie. You go to a real estate to prevent this from happening to you. She should have her license taken away. I suffered so many months because of her and had to spend so much money to fix my house.
