  I had a great experience living in this community and working with the property manager. The community is well-maintained, clean, and welcoming, which made it a comfortable place to live. The new property manager, Shari Casalan, was professional, responsive, and always willing to help whenever questions or issues came up. She helped me and my wife every time we walked into the office and took the time to explain everything clearly. Thank you very much Shari Casalan. Also, Maintenance requests were handled promptly, and communication was always clear and respectful throughout my time here. I truly appreciate the efforts of the property manager and management team in keeping the community running smoothly, and I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a well-managed and pleasant place to live.

  Shari Casalan was a pleasure and wonderful to work with… she was very patient with me and is always willing to help ….she has been helping me for a couple of months … I appreciate her so much and you should to … thanks to all who gave us a place to live… we will make it our home … thank you

  My move-in experience at Eagle Rock Apt @ Carle Place has been outstanding. Shari was organized, responsive, and thorough throughout the entire process. The unit was prepared impeccably. I highly recommend this apartment community.
