Only to be then told “it was listed wrong” and now we’re locked in to a carpeted apartment that we didn’t want for at least 6 months. It was unfortunate and kinda off putting. I understand mistakes happen but we have to deal with it for the next 6 months because an apartment was incorrectly labeled? We had 8 people to help unload a u haul that day, it’s not like we could reschedule. So I’d like for management to CORRECTLY list their properties, and yes I got a discounted rent, knocking off $120, but I would rather pay the extra money and have the amenities I was promised

Jess, chanthea and Sierra have been there for with me process answering ALL of my questions no matter how silly they may sounds. They have all made this situation as easy for me as possible in a time of my life I dident think was possible. They make a great team and I'm glad I chose centerpointe to move to I already feel like home in the short time I've been talking with them. Thank you for all your hard words and patience with me I truly appreciate it!!
