The team was very welcoming. Very polite. The apartment was very gorgeous and I can't wait to move into our new place and start this new chapter of our lives for me and my three boys.

Ive lived here 2 years now, at first the manager was friendly promising a better apartment experience, they promised renovations to the gym and common area, since then have gotten nothing but excuses as to why they dont have the fobs for access to the gym, first its they are getting estimates from electricians then its they cant find an electrician that can deal with their outdated system so that's why we don't have access to promised fobs, promised to fixed broken tumbler for the front and back door of the building, no safety deadbolt to the apartment, patios can be opened even when locked so there is no way to keep your unit secured just laster year alone neighbors were getting broken into through the back doors and property could care less about safety issues. All if these issues have been continuously mentioned in person told to my face it would be fixed and not addressed. They charge a pest fee and do nothing for the unit nor the grounds when you put in a work order for it they say its done 10 to 12 minutes later and it's not done because they dont do anything nor do the have a company come out. Property has been falling apart and its evident in the missing fascia, broken gutters, birds living in the eaves that are open and garage bays breaking down aren't fixed. The garage bays have accumulated storage from other tenats when they make you sign that is only for vehicle NO STORAGE or theres repercussions- people have recreation pool tables and setups in the garages where your vehicle should be secure. Garbage disposal breaks every single time is used then having to make constant work orders to fix it. Some units are running on old breakers so expect outlets to stop working or to pop a breaker, had to argue with maintence about replacing a broken refrigerator that was spoiling food they had the nerve to say it was how i was storing my food, finally management had them pull a different fridge from a different unit. If you live in the lower unit the upstairs person sounds like a 500lb elephant walking and stomping VERY ANNOYING WHEN MAINTENCE IS WORKING IN UNITS BLASTING MUSIC AND YOU MAY BE STILL RESTING OR HAVE CHILDREN SLEEPING. Not enough parking in certain lots as some people have extra people in thier units or multiple cars to their unit when paperwork states only 2 cars per unit. All windows and patio doors are extremely drafty due to no insulation on windows and being outdated so expect your heating and cooling bill to run higher and they wont do anything to mediate it. When I moved in all the areas of concern were mentioned with apartment manager in the unit during the walk through but not addressed once I moved in only one was and that was putting a electric plate on a missing outlet. I have pictures of my own from what they only chose to take pictures of. Only renewed my lease due to not wanting to deal with the move. Personally it would be great to see these changes and maybe feel safer and like my.money invested is worth it. Right now im disappointed in this place but what can you do but move out smh.
Sinatra co. Needs to delve into this complex and make the promised updates and repairs as we are now each paying close to 2000 just to have a 2 bedroom unit. Its not justifiable to have a dilapidated complex charging huge fees to give you slum living. 1 star all the way

We were promised 1590 rent for a partially renovated and a balcony, only to move into a completely carpeted apartment with no balcony. Only to be then told “it was listed wrong” and now we’re locked in to a carpeted apartment that we didn’t want for at least 6 months. It was unfortunate and kinda off putting. I understand mistakes happen but we have to deal with it for the next 6 months because an apartment was incorrectly labeled?
We had 8 people to help unload a u haul that day, it’s not like we could reschedule. So I’d like for management to CORRECTLY list their properties, and yes I got a discounted rent, knocking off $120, but I would rather pay the extra money and have the amenities I was promised
