The location is very convenient to all areas of Buffalo. Veronica from the sales team was always responsive during the process and with navigating the "paperwork". They were very helpful with timing our move from one unit to another. The units are undated & well managed and workorders addressed timely.

I then moved into a two bedroom on the other side of the building in July 2020. I just renewed my lease . I love love love being down here. If there’s something to be fixed, it’s taken care of ASAP. They do a fantastic job with maintenance. The people that live around me are friendly, respectful, and diverse. It’s a welcoming place to live. First Amherst is a professional company to rent from. I’ve never had an issue. I could not say enough about the neighbor, being near the Key Bank center, Riverfest Park, Riverworks, and Canalside. It’s fantastic to have my own parking spot. My friends love to visit me here. I’ve never once had an issue walking around the neighborhood. I feel very safe here. If you want a up-to-date and well taken care of apartment near a lot of fun places downtown where is safe, I highly recommend Elk Terminal Lofts. Whenever I see people come by to check out one of the Lofts for rents, I will go out of my way to encourage them to consider.
