  Living in Leonard Pointe was great because of the staff. Specifically, Tim, Miguel, Dom at the front desk and Jose and Shawn on the maintenance side of things. Truly one of the best staffs of a building I've encountered in New York. Cannot say enough good things about them!

  I came in for a self guided tour of the building and went to the front desk for some help and questions I had about the building's amenities, etc. George was really helpful in providing the answers I needed and was patient throughout the entire time. 10/10 love George's hospitality and generosity.

  My wife and I originally expected to stay at Leonard Pointe for a short time, yet we have consistently resigned our lease year after year. I could not be happier with our choice of living space. This luxury building has exceeded all my expectations, and I feel lucky to call it my home. The front desk (Especially Dom, Miguel, and Tim) is truly exceptional, and always friendly, professional, and available to help with any needs. Maintenance and the rest of the staff are also incredible people and great at all they do (Shout out to Jose and Sean!). The amenities at Leonard Pointe are top-notch and truly impressive. From the fully equipped gym to the stunning rooftop, I feel like I am living in a 5-star hotel. I am especially impressed by the attention to detail and cleanliness of the building, which is a testament to the hard work of the staff. I highly recommend Leonard Pointe to anyone looking for a luxurious living experience. The building and its staff have exceeded all my expectations, and I cannot imagine living anywhere else. Thank you for making my time at Leonard Point truly unforgettable.

  My husband and I lived in Leonard Pointe for two years and it was the highlight of our years living in the city. If you already live in new york, you know how great it is to find a good building. If we hadn't moved to another state, we would definitely still be in our beautiful corner apartment overlooking the city. The building management and staff is next level. The front desk personnel are incredible- like an extension of family. They are kind, welcoming and super on top of everything with packages, parking, etc. When we would go away, they also helped us out with our plants and brought our packages in our place- we completely trusted them. When we had maintenance issues, which were rare, they were resolved in minutes or hours. When we had an issue with our fridge, they completely replaced it with a new one the same day. We were so sad to leave! Can't beat the views/amenities and staff. Highly recommend.

  Love living here at leonard pointe! The staff is amazing and amenities are super amazing and well kept. I was amazed on how well the insulation are on the windows, I live on the Highway side and cant hear the Highway at all. Neighborhood is nice and close to L and G train. First time living in Brooklyn and loving it! 5 Stars for sure. Will recommend !
