  We loved living at Leonard Pointe - amenities were great and the staff were so friendly and helpful. Shout out to Domenick, Brian, and JT for making us feel so welcome

  Really disappointing. Essentially, the management company want to take your money, without ever putting their hands in their pockets when something needs fixing. Amenities were always broken, the windows were never cleaned in 2 years, as I was told "they'll just get dirty again". The hot water tanks are too small for the baths, meaning you can't run one. Maintenance men pretending they had fixed things, which they hadn't, then becoming confrontational when confronted. We've now just moved out and they have kept $1,000 of our deposit citing things like "express cleaning: $350" when we cleaned the place top to bottom, and moved out a week early to be rid of the place. Worse than bad, they feel like a bunch of crooks, and show utter contempt for their tenants.
