  Last fall we went to Clayton homes in Brewton to check a model home they had, that was very intriguing. Although I was upfront with James that this was going to be a home I wanted to purchase in a different state he went above and beyond giving me information & specs to track this home down in the state I'm moving to. I returned the other day to give that home another look before I purchase this spring . James came out and was extremely helpful answering all my questions again. That speaks volumes about their people who would go to great extent with information, even knowing that they weren't going to receive the sale. If I was doing this purchase within their district I would definitely buy from them. Kudos to James and Clayton homes in Brewerton. Thank you

  I can’t say enough when it comes to Tammy at this location! She was beyond patient with myself and my husband as we went through the process of getting our new home. I was constantly apologizing for the questions and clarifications I was asking for and Tammy kept reassuring me it was okay and that’s what she was there for. I don’t think I could have made it through this process without her!!!

  My husband and I found this place online, and trust and believe we’ve been through a lot to try to get our own home. The housing market is rough out here. But this amazing woman we met, her name is Tammy, helped us get our forever home❤️ She makes it clear that she advocates for everyone and does not discriminate anyone. Us being a young couple, we’ve had our shares of people letting us down based off of our age. Not Tammy though! She was thrilled to help us on getting our first and forever home. Guiding us through the works of the process, and also helping us in so many ways we couldn’t imagine. She absolutely went above and beyond for us, and we could not be more grateful for her. If you are a young person (or couple) trying to find a beautiful home, and people to help you work through it, this is the place to go! Tammy and her team are the best❤️

  James was AMAZING. He was upfront and honest about EVERYTHING. He kept me in the loop through the whole thing and didnt do anything without letting me know first. He kept everything positive but realistic.

  I purchased a home from Clayton about 3-4 years ago. Trevor was wonderful. He was then promoted and Tammy took over as our contact. Their initial service was wonderful. I found a few things we needed to be taken care of, roof, siding, and an unusual tapping sound in my TV room. They sent someone to fix most of the issues, and they were done professionally. Unfortunately, here we are almost 4 years later and still have an annoying tapping in my house. They couldn't figure it out, so now I'm living with it and everyday, it annoys me. Not sure I can say I'm completely satisfied with my home, due to that noise.
