He went above and beyond and was courteous and considerate. I also want to give additional praise to Rochelle in the rental office who was also very helpful and attentive. Mid Island is pet friendly and I met so many good neighbors while I was out walking my fur baby. The complex is close to Bay Shore’s beautiful downtown, the marina, and several shopping centers. It is a great place to live.

She made the process as quick as possible. Rob, the Super and maintenance man, was very helpful. He walked me through all the equipment and the important information. He was friendly as well.
