  Pleasant living experience at this property. Rob is friendly, responsive, and quick to address any service related issues. You can tell he cares about the property and satisfaction of the residents. I am very appreciative of his help while living here.

  They don’t care about ppl and only care about money brown water every month they make u pay more an ppl be smoking cigarettes in apartment buildings which u ca smell coming up from the first floor

  Going on my 3rd year of inadequate heat. 61-64 on the high setting is absolutely unacceptable. Mind you there is no actual control over the heat setting, just the flow. This is just one of many issues I have encountered while living here. Everyone’s washer/dryer combo units make all the apartments shake and things rattle and fall. They also take 6hrs to actually wash and dry one load of laundry. Other tenants are inconsiderate with noise, garbage, dog shit, package stealing and smoking. The rent goes up $100+/mo every year. No amenities. It’s simply just a decent place to live. Nothing special or even worth the rent price. Oh and good luck contacting anyone other than the leasing office regarding issues. They keep those numbers and emails a secret. I cannot wait to MOVE!! Edit: See photos below. I’m glad the property management thinks these temps are acceptable. I bet it’s nice and warm in their own homes not the bare minimum.

  Moved my mom here 5 years ago, and everything was fine. The leasing agent at the time Mark, was the best employee they had here. Mark is no longer here, and now the management is not helpful at all, in fact one employee in particular Rochelle Grant, has been targeting my family with retaliation and harassment after I contacted corporate weeks ago in regards to a nuisance neighbor that she is friends with and had them moved. Since I don't live here, and they can't do anything to me, now she is having violation notices sent to my family, impound notices on my family's car, and pretty sure there is more to come. She is friends with a tenant who is well known to constantly harass neighbors and say sexually inappropriate things. Everyone in this neighborhood, not just the complex knows about this weird guy with the yellow jacket. There are alot of serious allegations about this tenant, and they continue to allow him to freely do whatever. She hangs out wit him everyday in the office, caused them to lose potential new tenants. Eagle rock needs to hire better employees. I've been calling for a whole week, but no reply. This is very unprofessional. I can literally write a novel about this location. Now my family is living in fear of eviction due to this favoritism from this employee for this tenant. This is not fair, let alone legal. Probably will be followed with more retaliation after they see this review, but the truth needs to be exposed.
