- BABettina AbrahamNov 1, 20251.0What an aweful and traumatizing experience I had with Clayton Homes. I am a first time homeowner and I never would've thought the experience would go as bad as this did. Long story short I gave them the final payment(draw) and the work on the home is still not complete! The home dropped on my land in May, I didn't get into the home until the end of August. Now that I'm in the home there are all types of issues such as my furnace having a loud thumping noise and they're refusing to come look at it. I've been in the home for 2 months...the shower leaks, my driveway is halfway filled with gravel and the list goes on. I DO NOT recommend Clayton Homes to anyone!

He also provided us with more information. Very nice guy. He followed up with an email with more information few days later. On your home search,pay them a visit.
- ESErin StonebergJul 27, 20255.0Michael T. has been patient and very thorough as we found a floor plan that fell in budget...also pushed the contractors to squeeze pricing to fit our budgetary needs....he's always reachable and truly cares about his customers....finally after months of hardwork we were able to close on the financing and start the build process will update you once our custom Eagle River home is delivered and set...but so far everything has gone smoothly 👍
