  The Industrie Apartments is even better on the inside. The premises are well designed and provide the home and comfort at just the right price. It is very clean and efficient so coming home is a joy. The views are good, the gym is fabulous and my neighbors are happy, too. The management is completely considerate and helpful regarding any and all of my concerns which are very few. They all care about the tenants. It's great being downtown in a lovely home.

  I have loved living here the last year! All the staff is super friendly and I feel like they truly desire for Industrie to be a great place to live and they have succeeded in that! The building, hallways and parking are always so clean and clutter free. The location here is unbeatable! Walking distance to so many local bars, concert venues, restaurants and can’t forget the Albany Skyway that takes you to the Hudson River trail! The sunset views from my balcony as well as the rooftop lounge are beautiful! It was a no brainer for me to resign my lease again! Mikaela and her team have done a fantastic job making Industrie Apartments a truly wonderful place to live and call home!

  If anyone is looking for a new place to call home, check out Industrie Apartments! The building is kept clean, the neighborhood is safe, and the property management take great pride and care in making sure all tenants’ needs are met. Additionally, something unique about this apartment is that they host regularly-scheduled social gatherings to build a community. Would highly recommend this property if anyone is moving to the Downtown Albany area.

  The moving in process was very easy. Mikaela and Jesus made the process so easy and quick. You apply online, and everything is pretty seamless with no issues. The amenities are amazing. The maintenance crew is always on top of everything. You use an app to submit requests, and I was able to get my issue fixed the next day. The hallways are always kept clean and smelling fresh. The stairs are kept clean. There’s a grassy area at the parking lot, which is a godsend when your dog has so go at the middle of the night (although be careful- sometimes there’s glass on the concrete). The dog spa is great, but would benefit from placing a mat because the floor gets super slippery. The walls and floors are heavily insulated so you can run around and play with your pet without worrying about downstairs neighbors. The units are temperature controlled and contains a fridge with ice and water filter; in-unit washer and dryer; electric stove. The bath is slip-proof. The roof top access is beautiful! The package room is also great. I wish the location was at a safer area, because sometimes there’s people outside screaming aggressively. However, the main entrance is usually locked and opens with a key fob. Overall, the property manager (Mikaela) and maintenance crew (Steph and others) are very kind, helpful and so professional! The tenants are nice and also dog-friendly.
