  I have a one bedroom apartment here which is actually my first. I have only good things to say about the apartments, maintenance is very polite as is Management. Great spot in a great area!

  A poor excuse for property management. They've replaced all channels to speak to a person with AI Chat bots, absconding their fiduciary responsibilities of managing apartments.

  This company aka, “Little Tree Properties” owns numerous duplexes in Latham off Old Niskayuna Road that look like the pure slums. My family member lives there and I am shocked at how unkempt the properties are. You’d think with all the money they have they would at lease keep the grounds looking nice. The other locations are all kept up but this area looks like the ghetto. I’d post photos but I’m afraid my family member would be retaliated against because that’s how these people seem from what I heard from a neighbor there I chatted with. It’s sad because people pay a lot of $ to rent there- I’m sure upon renting in this neighborhood everyone thought they were in a good area but little did they know the cops would be there numerous times a month for unruly neighbors, drugs, etc. A few months back the SWAT team with armored vehicles were there yelling on loudspeakers for people to remain inside their apartments and yelling for a man named Gary to come out with his hands up, the standoff lasted for hours! Talk about scared! We have photos & videos of that too. Some drunk man has been standing in the middle of the street yelling at cars swinging a bat, Colonie cops were there last week for that guy, that’s also on video. Oh and don’t even think about hanging out in your yard because the grass and weeds are so overgrown & long it doesn’t look like anyone has cut it in months or when they do they don’t even lower the blades it looks horrible year round because whoever they hired does an awful job, my family got them on ring camera blowing trash and clippings all on people’s houses and windows . I’m surprised the Town of Colonie hasn’t stepped in and fined them. This neighborhood never used to look like this until Burns bought it from one of the Hoffman’s. It’s wicked run down looking and just not worth the money people are paying. Plan on paying your own water, garbage, utilities and groundskeepers. Just take a drive by and look at the outside of these duplexes. Some ghettos in Albany, Troy and Schenectady look nicer to live in. My family member will be moving out of there even though Burns charges over 3 thousand or more just to get out of the lease. Beware of this company, they don’t take care of all their properties. Go look for yourselves Derry Lane, Bayberry Drive, Swayze Drive, Saybrook. The ones that are unkept or with police there are the ones they own. What a shame because North Colonie Schools are good but this area is just not safe anymore.
