  Not having a good experience here at Boulder Creek been here two months in the first week we had to have a new refrigerator because it broke down the stove did not work we had to get that replaced the dishwasher had to be replaced we've had to have the dryer worked on. The grounds are terrible there is trash everywhere dog poop everywhere the rain gutters are all broken so when it rains it pours off of every exit the hallways are filthy the dog poop containers are overflowing it's disgusting there is garbage beer cans all over the property there is street lights out and there are no lights to light up the mailbox area at night it's very scary someone has broken one of our windows and the office tells me I'm responsible for that I have to come out of my pocket also we have applied for assistance to help us with our rent for a couple of months and we got approved but the company that is helping us needs an I-9 form and the office knows nothing about that and they can't get ahold of corporate I don't believe because they haven't been able to get an answer and so now I'm in a bad situation also the apartment with pretty dirty when we moved in the windows look like they've never been washed the carpet was dirty for $1,600 a month you would think you would get a decent place and I do have to pack the maintenance people on the back cuz they didn't replace the appliances pretty quickly and I thank them for that how to mine I would not recommend these apartments to anyone I know

  My experience in this apartment was the worst ever. The place was full of cockroaches, and I honestly don’t understand how a property like this can even be rented out to people. The staff were very unprofessional and disrespectful, and now they are trying to keep my deposit and refuse to respond when I ask for it back.

  If you are in dire need of housing this place will suffice but if you have the option to live elsewhere then you absolutely should because this complex has horrific employees. Everyone who works in the office is extremely rude and disrespectful and the complex’s maintenance staff is even worse. I was left without hot water for almost two weeks and one of the times maintenance staff came to “fix” my hot water heater not only did he not fix my hot water heater but he additionally broke my bathroom sink. I came home to a note inside my sink saying not to use my sink which was in perfect working condition when I had left for work. The note left in my sink was also written on a work order for another tenet which had all of that individuals personal information such as their phone number listed on the paper. I have many more horror stories from when I lived at this complex but ultimately my point is I personally would avoid this complex at all costs.
