- RLR LoJan 24, 20261.0I came with my daughter to go on a tour. The sign on the office says “Open, come on in!” But the doors are locked. We waited 15 minutes. The office goes also state they are open. We cannot even get through to the office to talk to anyone. And the text message system does not work, nor does the “Book a tour” feature on either Safari or Chrome. This place is a total mystery. We want to spend money with them but they make it impossible!

- MMMDec 10, 20255.0I have been here from the beginning. I am the first tenant in my apartment 6 years ago. During the years I have seen staff come and go. Beginning with good to not so good. A Community Director hardly on site to bad maintenance only doing trash. For the past couple of years or so it has improved tremendously. Staff who care! and maintenance that come quickly and do the job right. Thank you to all the staff we have now. Continued success!!

I hope the company sees how this place continues to go down hill under her lack of abilities. Dog poop is rampant and a health hazard. Cleaning up grounds goes a long way. Junked abandoned cars tagged and left for weeks on in. As mentioned before its a smoke free community and violations aren't taken seriously.
