I called over 3 weeks ago because my mail box is broken, I see a few missing mail boxes . the place is filled with the trash . The Amazon Locker room has packages everywhere, Mold has been a big issue for us due to a leakage that was never properly taken care of . Don’t rely on maintenance, just a whole bunch of guys in that smoke with neighbors & ride around on there golf carts . It has never been this bad. I’ve been a resident here for over 5 years .

Because we live in "low income", they think they can give us cheap service. Maintenance has been a major issue living here. I have been without a functional washing machine for at least 6 months. I call periodically to check in, all they say is we will get to it, but there's a wait-list. Why is there always a wait-list? You either need to work fast or hire more maintenance staff! End of story. There is always trash everywhere, and they replaced waste management dumpsters with tiny bronze ones so people have to leave their trash on the side or in the street. A big health and safety hazard. And on top of that, I was told they do not tolerate smoking but I always smell it when I go outside. They don't hold people accountable to their behavior and it's not fair to tenants that pay their rent! Don't rent with FPI management in the future if you can help it!
