- TTTylerJun 30, 20205.0Thank you to Carmen, Karen and Superior for Superior Service! We just did a refinance for our home with these ridiculously low interest rates and it was a breeze. They all went to bat for us to get the lowest refi fees we could find anywhere and an interest rate under 3% on a 30 year loan! Still in shock. It saved me 25% off my current monthly mortgage rate just by doing a refi! Took about 2-3 weeks from the first conversation all the way to closing and signing the papers. Carmen and Karen are extremely knowledgeable and I highly highly recommend! You are in safe hands. Looking at buying a new home and will certainly be using Superiors best realtor Karen Feldman. She is that type that won’t stop until the buyer is happy! Pit bull in a skirt.

When I tell you this young lady went out her way to make sure our process went smoothly. My husband and I are over the road truck drivers and couldn't make it back to town to get some things that Alexander needed. So, she advised us on so many ways to get what she needed. We went from faxing to apps on our phones (Lol). Never once did Alexander stop working for us. She worked all the way up to the day we signed all of our paper work.
