  Over the years, Gordon has helped my family and friends multiple times. I’ve gotten a 200k hard money, a 250k refinance, a no doc mortgage when everyone else was turning me down. Terms and procedures were exactly how he described them to me. No traps or hidden anything. He has a vast range of private investors and loan companies and banks he works with, he will always find a solution for you. I’ve referred my friends to him and one of them was a $1.36 million dollar loan. Big or small, he treats every customer with the same professionalism. I’ve texted and called Gordon in the evenings, weekends and holidays, he always responds within minutes. My realtors all enjoy working with him because he delivers. I highly recommend.
