  My family and I just moved in to Fora and it is wonderful. Jessica Chylin and James are amazing and so kind and patient. The amenities are so nice and everything about Fora is great.

  We love Fora apartments , since you enter the building the team working in the office greeted you, and make you feel welcome I recommend this luxury apartment to be your new residence . Thank you to Chilyn, Jessica and James for all your help.

  Bait-and-switch sales tactics with dishonest leasing agent. The apartment we were interested in was listed online as shown in my screen shot as a $1598 1 bedroom apartment 209 that had a 2 month free rent and a look and lease $1000 special. When I booked my apartment tour, I put these specifications of what I was interested in as listed online. This would be the perfect opportunity to tell a potential client who is clarifying the details, that what is listed is inaccurate (however as it’s listed directly under the apartment why would we think otherwise). I additionally clarified at the beginning of the tour with the leasing agent and my fiance present that the terms included not paying rent for apartment 209 until 2026, as listed online, which the leasing agent confirmed. I specially asked to confirm this as other apartments have been sketchy with stating the 2 months free is built in and the leasing agent confirmed it included 2 months free until January (again another great opportunity to make clarifications instead of lying to get through the tour). By the end of the tour, upon sitting down to review prices, it switched to EXACTLY what my concern was in other apartments which is her stating the 2 months free was built in. Even though she had the opportunity to clarify this at booking and prior to starting the tour. She went off about how it’s a “common” sales tactic and “marketing” is to blame and how she is the best person to talk to on getting price clarity, however had two opportunities already. She attempted to shift blame and said WE should have read the general alert (which also doesn’t say the 2 months is built into pricing) instead of the specific notes under the specific apartment, please review the notes on the screen shots and tell me how anyone else would think any different. Her remark that’s it’s “common”, doesn’t mean it’s honest, clear, and ethical and is a condescending attempt to belittle our intelligence as a means of manipulation. We would have been more understanding if she was honest and clear at the start of the tour knowing our expectations but it’s completely dishonest and a slimy sales tactic to understand our expectations and to waste our time with a bait and switch with not only the pricing but her professionalism. We will not be leasing as if we are already dealing with dishonesty with a lack of accountability upon leasing, I’m sure if we had signed we’d be in for a lot more surprises. Beautiful gym though!

  I’ve officially been living here for a month now, and I can honestly say it’s been a great experience so far! Jessica, who I believe is the leasing manager, has been amazing since day one. She was so thorough when I came to tour the apartment. She walked me through everything, answered all my questions, and made sure I felt comfortable with the whole process. She also helped me step-by-step during my move from California to Nevada, which made things so much easier. The entire team has been super helpful whenever I’ve needed anything. I submitted my first maintenance request for a few move-in items, and they handled everything so quickly. Derek called to initiate the request and let me know they’d be stopping by the following day along with a vendor. Even though someone else from the team ended up coming, he was just as friendly and helpful. The vendors who fixed my carpet issue were also really nice. Everyone here has been professional, responsive, and kind — I have nothing but good things to say about this community!

  ✨ I’ve called a few times, and the staff has always been super nice. When I toured with Shylin, she was amazing—so helpful, answered all my questions, and made me feel comfortable. 🏡 The place feels really homey, and the location is convenient and easy to get to. 💡 The lighting made the apartment feel even bigger than its actual size, and the layout flows beautifully. 💎 The quality of the materials really stood out: marble bathrooms, quartz countertops, and thoughtful touches like shelves and a pantry in the one-bedroom. The island kitchen makes the space feel extra special. 📝 I also love how simple the application process was—straightforward and stress-free. 🙌 Plus, they don’t tack on all those junk fees like other places do. 🌸 Definitely a must-see and worth checking out!
