  Where do I even begin? The game room is completely disheveled and unsafe. Nearly every amenity is broken or unusable: the basketball hoop is bent and crooked, the golf simulator does not function and has no equipment provided, the hockey table has broken plastic pieces sticking out with sharp edges, and the pool cues are snapped and splintered but still left out. The main pool was also closed for nearly a year after being shut down by the city due to health hazards and failing inspection. The gym is in similarly poor condition. Several machines do not turn on at all, and the manual equipment is visibly filthy and clearly not being maintained. Maintenance is extremely unreliable. I had to submit three separate requests just to get the washing machine addressed. Instead of properly fixing the cold water valve, maintenance chose to replace the washer and dryer with a “new” set that is decades old, extremely dirty, and filled with debris. On top of that, the dryer requires three to five cycles to dry even a very small load (for example, four towels). The outdoor areas are also neglected. Every patch of grass is littered with dog waste, making it necessary to constantly watch where you step. Inside the apartment, appliances are outdated and malfunctioning. The oven fills the apartment with black smoke during preheating, even when empty. We were forced to purchase an air fryer simply to be able to cook safely. Overall, I strongly urge anyone considering moving here to look elsewhere. The current management has allowed this property to fall into serious disrepair, and it has become an unpleasant and frustrating place to live.

  Place used to be great. Maintenance was prompt, place quiet. Now it's getting more low end tenants. Music blaring in cars, yelling and screaming in the parking lot, EVERY residence has a dog that barks loudly, pool/hot tubs broken for months on end. The appliances are terrible, super cheap quality. Every appliance has broken at least once. They charge monthly maintenance fee of $38, you pay water/sewer/ trash (min $90 month), and internet ($80/month) and some additional "utility fee" for God knows what. This on top of your electric and gas and rental insurance. This place is garbage.

  This review is not being taken down until someone properly comes and fixes my roof. I am currently watching the ceiling near my front door change colors because of how much rain water is puddling in my ceiling. The office has half-assed fixed this issue 3 times and everytime they replace my ceiling a new, worse leak is happening the next time it rains. The last time I put a request to have my roof fixed, the office canceled claiming they need a roofer and yet here I am still dealing with a leak. When is the roofer supposed to show up? When mild occurs? It synonymous with how they didnt fix my microwave despite repeated pleas that it was falling apart until the door finally fell all the way off the microwave. I can't even get yall to fix stuff properly even while i pay my rent on time. What is my 2k a month going to? I jus want Solutions but instead you just give me fees, extra pet fees form third party companies. 40 dollars to replace technology that just magically stops working. Tow company's that sticker your car without a shred of proof for the sticker. The only remotely helpful person seems to be Paola and I dont run into her often enough!

  i’m not usually one to leave google reviews, but today felt like the right time. i called the leasing office while planning a possible move back to nevada for the winter, and destiny was such a breath of fresh air. she gave me clear, honest info about pricing right away.. it never once felt like she was just trying to make a sale. even though my tour request was super last-minute, she was so welcoming, patient, and kind. thank you, destiny.. because your professionalism and warmth made a stressful day so much easier. i appreciated your kindness and needed it during that time more than you know! :-)
