He discussed our finances in detail, what capital we had to work with, and what the monthly cost would be to us. He sent us new properties as they came on the market, and got us in promptly to view houses that were "hot" and would likely sell quickly. Bottom line, he helped us get "educated" about the market so we could move expediently when we came upon a property that suited us. When we found the property we wanted, he did not waste any time in getting the offer drawn up. And he kept us advised of all the subsequent paperwork needed to get to closing. We closed within a month of submitting our offer. We were the first buyers in to see the property we ultimately bought.
