  Neighbors will complain about anything. Very unsettling staying to myself to get complained about. Complaints on my dog barking inside my apartment but keep their front window open, complaint that neibors was scared for their life when my dog was tamed on a leash outside porch balcony. I had to reask for work order to be placed, asking for the lease a 2nd time to get a mail box key and only received a welcome letter that the post office doesnt except. Waiting for the next complaint as I stay to myself and dont bother anyone while other people have their dogs off leashes and they get special privileges.

  Bernice is great to work with. She is friendly and helpful. Aspen plaza is close to shoping and transportation. It is quite and peaceful.

  My husband and I applied for an apartment there. They made us take copies of our check stubs, ID and the deposit.( Which they still haven't refunded) Only to find out almost a week later that we did not get the apartment because a third party decided not to rent to us. We got a much better place in Nob Hill area.
