  Five stars doesn't cover it! Monica is such a pleasure to work with! She doesn't get off the phone and forget about you like most people in her business. She cares about my family like I care about my family. During our first phone call, I happened to mention the space we needed for our large family and the budget constraints that made me feel like we would never get into the right home for us. One week later, she called back with a dream listing and, over the next month, she bent over backwards making it affordable on our income without compromising the grocery budget! She patiently explored every option until we found the uniquely out-of-the-box, individually tailored loan option that perfectly fits our financial needs. Everyone said she couldn't do it that way, that we would be denied. If they had been right, I don't think my family's future would be so bright as it is today. Her perseverance and ingenuity are absolutely invaluable to anyone willing to trust her and determined to better the lives of their family. She's one of a kind in her industry!

  Would have given a much better review if we would have received at least a response of whether or not our application was approved or not we were told we would hear back from her in a week here we are three months later still no response very disappointed
