  Dani and tamie where so helpful and knowledgeable they answered every question i had and even helped me with my difficult situation i appreciate all of their help and will definitely be using them again for the next property im so excited for where this journey takes me and us as a team

  Dani Alpers "assisted" me with a loan. After a terrible experience, I've determined she is spiteful. I found a better house and changed the loan, she only got paid for one loan. She was not compensated for the lost time. Dani was pissed. This is an internal gripe, taken out on customers. Did any other one star reviews, for Ms. Alpers, have the same experience? Proverbs 26:24. Dani, if you asked me for compensation, darling, I would have paid you. Apparently, Gateway does not pay you enough. Instead, you sabotaged my new loan costing me thousands outside the loan. You found better insurance and got a kick back but did not change the mortgage insurance on my new loan. It was incorrect and caused multiple other problems. I paid for two policies, not one, for over one year, because of your spite. You sabotaged my new loan because you were pissed. Also, I drove to Alamo from out of state for the closing that was canceled. That was a long drive with a motel, because of you, and ruined my plans. You injured me due to your own spite. Gateway is a terrible company with miserable agents. They laugh at complaints. Also, the contract is one-sided and will "keep" you poor with high rates, fees and clauses. Not to mention the bs from their pissed off employees. Pay off the loan, like I did, or find a credit union for a loan if you must. I filed a complaint with the FTC.

  Do not go to DANI ALPERS. she is unprofessional, discriminatory and negligent. We were supposed to close may 9 and due to Dani’s lies after lies we’ve had 11 extensions and the sellers refused to extend anymore with Dani causing us to lose the house unless we switched lenders. THREE credit checks which ultimately cause our credit to go down and get denied not only with gateway but with other lenders as well. She will dodge your calls and say she is waiting on items from us that she has received already. She has made many unnecessary discriminatory remarks. We are disappointed in gateway as a whole for not pulling our file from Dani and letting this go on for 5 months. We not only lost the house we have already put work in to be able to get insurance but now we lost the chance of going to another lender until our credit recovers. We are very sad and disappointed we trusted her with our first home and she’s done nothing but make it hard for us. Our realtor and sellers listing agent will not recommend or work with Dani Alpers again.
