Even if you don’t like doing laundry you would still appreciate having an in unit laundry. The staff were exceptionally friendly and made me feel like I was at home. The only downside was the extra fees on top of the rent. What’s difficult is trying to stay within budget. Being a first time renter it gave me anxiety on/over what was a great day.

- KRKevin ReynoldsOct 21, 20251.0This place tries to present itself as a tidy, well-kept community, but once you move in and the office has your money, you’ll quickly regret signing a lease. The office is always understaffed, so getting anything done turns into a constant back-and-forth about why they can’t handle it right away. Most maintenance requests go ignored for weeks unless you personally follow up, and even then, it usually takes another week or more before anything actually gets done. When maintenance finally shows up, they almost always leave a mess and do the bare minimum to call it “fixed.” Our A/C leaked for months, causing our electric bill to skyrocket to around $400/month (normally a ridiculous ~$250+) for a two-bedroom apartment. We called multiple times, and every time they’d send someone to do a temporary patch. A week later, it would start leaking again. After months of this, someone finally replaced the unit and even admitted that most apartments here have the same issues. On top of that, one of our bedrooms had almost no airflow. Even when the A/C was “working,” it was still more than 10 degrees hotter in that room than the rest of the apartment. We brought it up several times, but the office brushed it off. The technician who replaced the unit eventually told us the problem was due to poor duct design meaning it was never going to be fixed. He also said this was not specific to just our unit. Completely unacceptable. Don’t fall for the polished image the office tries to sell you. This place is not well kept, and it’s absolutely not worth the headache. Avoid it.
