Maintenance delays have become a noticeable issue, requests take longer than they should, and some problems just linger. One of the biggest concerns is that the resident entrance door fob has been broken for months with no repairs, even though residents are charged a $100 monthly amenities fee. It’s frustrating to pay for amenities that aren’t being properly maintained. Some of the features and overall upkeep just haven’t been maintained to match the price point. What used to feel modern and upscale now feels average at best. For what residents are paying, the experience should be much better. I hope management makes improvements to bring the property back up to the standard it promotes.
