- KGkeith gordon6 days ago1.0Persistent CIGARETTE SMELL wafts into our apartment due to the landlord and their reps not enforcing the no smoking clause of their lease. our down stairs neighbor smokes IN their apartment and we have to suffer because management here seems to allow it. Some days the smell is so strong that it wakes us up from sleep. This is a health hazard as well as a lease violation that they don't want to deal with professionally. Very disappointed and unprofessional.

Doris and George are THE BEST and go out of their way to make sure I feel safe and at home here. They need a serious pay raise! The grounds are always well taken care of, the sidewalks are cleared quickly when it snows, and maintenance requests are fixed promptly. I would highly recommend living here.
