  I had the pleasure of living at Brookview Manor for three wonderful years while attending RowanSOM, and I couldn't be happier with my experience. From the start, I was impressed by the affordable rent, making it an excellent choice for students/residents on a budget. Parking was never an issue, with plenty of spaces available, so I never had to resort to street parking. The laundry facilities were always clean and readily available, which made a significant difference in my busy schedule. The location is incredibly convenient, with many stores like Rite Aid, CVS, and USPS just a short distance away. The rooms were well-maintained and spotless, contributing to a comfortable living environment. The super was fantastic—always responsive and quick to address any issues, ensuring everything was taken care of promptly. Moving out was a breeze, and I received my security deposit immediately, which was a relief. I also appreciated the security of the building. I never had any issues with stolen packages, and the neighbors were always friendly and considerate. Despite some negative reviews I read before moving in, my experience was overwhelmingly positive, and I highly recommend ignoring those critiques. Overall, I have been incredibly impressed with Brooklyn View Manor and would happily live here again. If you're looking for a clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay with excellent management, this is the place for you!

  I lived for 2 years at Brookview Manor while attending Rowan SOM (Medical school) nearby. It is close to shopping (Wal Mart, Aldi's), the train to Philly, the Garden State highway, my school, and even a nice baseball park. Although it is near all these amenities, the actual complex is calm and peaceful. Most of the housing is alongside Wright, a street that gets little traffic and remains an oasis away from the main street in Stratford. The Management is friendly and I always felt like they were there for me. They were always prompt in dealing with any issues that came up with the premises. The complex is clean and the other residents were friendly. My one bedroom was generous in its space, big kitchen and ample closets space. I highly recommend this Complex to anyone.Thank you Gina and David from the management office for your excellent customer service.

  You are absolutely right. Even I have had a very bad experience with the Brookview Manor Apartments. The owners and the manager of these apartments are all racially motivated against the people like us from poor countries like India, Pakistan etc. They look down upon us and treat us like garbage. I used to live there and was victimized by the owners and their manager almost everyday. They used to harass me and my family for no reason at all. Even their maintenance guys are racist. They go into the apartments leased by people from India or Pakistan and they spy on them. The owners and the manager use their maintenance staff as spies to spy on people of ethnic origin. I chose to leave these apartments when their harassment crossed boundaries and their manager started to threaten me with dire consequences.

  Brookview Manor Apartments complex does not even deserve the 1 star (Hated It) that I have to give it. It should be rated way below it, it should be despised or loathed. Nestled in the beautiful city of Stratford, New Jersey, Brookview Manor Apartments are managed by one of the most racist management I have come across in the USA. The owners and their management, even their maintenance staff specifically target people of ethnic origin, especially those from India, Pakistan, Bangladesh etc., who are living in these apartments, and harass the tenants from these countries without any rhyme or reason . I have been a victim of their harassment and, in fact, I have met so many tenants from the above-mentioned countries, who are still living in these apartments or have lived there in the past. These tenant are and/or were continuously harassed by the owners and/or the manager of these apartments. The owners, manager and their maintenance staff specifically target people of ethnic origin living in these apartments and threaten them with dire legal consequences for no reason at all. If you believe in human rights and racial equality, do not ever think of leasing an apartment in Brookview Manor Apartments. And if someone close to you is considering of moving into these apartments, do your best to deter him from moving into a complex managed by a racist management.
