- DGDamaris GarciaOct 19, 20253.0It’s very disappointing the lack of care of tenant concerns. We moved in last year and our balcony door didn’t work. We immediately asked for repair and all they did was show us a “hack” for closing the door. We’ve sent emails and there’s no response. They also have this rule that we can’t go to the office so it’s unclear how we can even get anything resolved. It’s frustrating because I’d love to be able to open our sliding door and have it close properly but we can’t. Honestly, I like the apartment, but the fact the management office doesn’t allow us to bring up concerns and have them actually respond is upsetting, and makes me not want to stay after lease is up.

The women Stephanie in the office said she'd call me back and my friend told her I had limited time to talk (even gave her a time frame)and she said she'd call me right back. Never did. I had high hopes that the communication issues that I read about in the reviews had changed but it appears not and I was very interested in renting a 2 bed and 2 bath but if can't even get a phone call back in a timely manner then not so much. Disappointed....

- MMMikeNov 20, 20244.0My sole complaint is lack of parking at times. I have to park at the end of building at the front of the pool. Also, handicapped parking is limited to one space in front of my entrance.
