I have lived at The Mews for 20 plus years and the resident experience keeps getting better and better. Thank you all for handling your residence with care. I would recommend anyone to submit your application here to live in the affordable modern community living. - RMRose meNov 21, 20255.0Had a great conversation with Lily - the new leasing consultant, she responded fast and professionally, she solved all our questions and even bring up the point we haven’t thought of. This feels so comforting after all the unanswered emails/requests we sent to the leasing office were “gone with wind”. We were so frustrated and annoyed by the silence/dismissive management and as a resident who pays rent and amenity fee, we SHOULD NOT be treated like that. But Lily’s professionalism and responsible attitude makes me start to change my mind, she showed genuine interest in our questions and gave us solutions immediately as we brought them up. I hope future consultants will be more like Lily who deeply cares about the current residents instead of just ignoring us and only focusing on selling to new residents to make a commission.
