- RMRose me3 days ago5.0Had a great conversation with Lily - the new leasing consultant, she responded fast and professionally, she solved all our questions and even bring up the point we haven’t thought of. This feels so comforting after all the unanswered emails/requests we sent to the leasing office were “gone with wind”. We were so frustrated and annoyed by the silence/dismissive management and as a resident who pays rent and amenity fee, we SHOULD NOT be treated like that. But Lily’s professionalism and responsible attitude makes me start to change my mind, she showed genuine interest in our questions and gave us solutions immediately as we brought them up. I hope future consultants will be more like Lily who deeply cares about the current residents instead of just ignoring us and only focusing on selling to new residents to make a commission.

She’s really friendly and warm and doesn’t just dismiss what you’re going through. She sat down with me and my family and offered us solutions, instead of excuses. You can tell that she genuinely cares about us. I appreciated the fact that she spoke Spanish too cause sometimes that language barrier can be difficult. Muchas gracias por tu ayuda!

I had mentioned that there were some issues I wanted to bring to the new management's attention, and she made sure to take time out of her schedule to truly hear me out. Throughout my conversation with her she was incredibly attentive to my every word taking notes on what I had to say, while also keeping extremely transparent, and thorough in addressing my frustrations. She emphasized that she was new to office, something I'd never even have picked up on from her professionalism and demeanor. Even if I could've, her enthusiasm, and compassion more than made up for her lack of seniority. Just taking the time to sit with me and recognize what I was dealing with, made me finally feel seen and heard after months of ignored phone calls and unanswered emails! Thank you Lilly!
