  They do not take care of their property. The snow happened on Saturday night and the parking lot is still covered in ice and snow on Tuesday afternoon. The cheaper apartments next door have had their lot plowed completely since Sunday morning. I have fallen on ice outside of my building in the past due to this and I do not understand why it is not more of a priority. After five years of living here, they still have not fixed our security gate. They do nothing about parked cars that haven’t moved in months with expired plates. Nor do they do anything about the dog poop everywhere or the residents speeding through stop signs. Many people living here do whatever they want because they know they will never be caught. With the amount of money being charged to tenants, I’m pretty sure the complex can afford fix the front gate, add security cameras, and actually hire a real snow removal team.

  Aspen court is not safe like before it’s becoming really obnoxious letting people smoke, 5 cars where parked yesterday it stunk like weed, it’s mostly everyday now near the park where little kids play at. Condoms thrown around the perimeter especially at the kids playground they need to add security for the amount of rent someone pays we would think this would be a safer well gated community.

  We recently moved to Aspen Court. We are very delighted with Francesse Norzelin's assistance. Based on our requirements , Francesse recommended the best apartment for us, which is a great fit for our family. She walked us throughout the application process, which went smoothly. I am absolutely enjoying staying in the Aspen which is so serene and tidy. I would recommend to choose Aspen if you want to live peacefully and Francesse for best assistance.

  Just moved in, 10/10. the whole community is so clean and neat. lots of space. feels like such a safe area. units are very spacious. amenities are everything we could ask for and maintained very well. you get what you pay and it's niiiiiice Apryl, our leasing agent, was very helpful throughout the entire process. Didn't feel like she was a sales person trying sell the place, letting the quality do the talking, which we appreciated. at the same time though, she was very patient with us answering ALL our questions. If this was a condominium complex instead of apartments, I'd live here for years

  the parking is horrible, if you get here a little past 8,you will not find a decent parking. The lady doesnt show the apartment, and she thinks she knows it all, she is very rude to the tenants, and she is just not a good to go and complain about problems with neighbors. Some people living here are very loud and have parties almost every weekend.
