  Had Angie over to look at property. Before even viewing the property, she said Joe had a number in mind which was over 35-40% less than similar properties in area. She walked around, took some pictures. Few days later they offered 30% less than market value. I understand they have to make money but 30% off is just straight up robbing people. I would not recommend them.

  Joe and Angie are great, they are true professionals who are passionate about the work they do. From the start they were transparent and honest which is very important and hard to come by in this type of market. They make home selling an easy and painless process. I was very impressed and would highly recommend Templar Real Estate Enterprises.

  Joe and team was great. They were understanding provided a fair offer. They closed based on our time line and we left a lot of our belongings because we could not take them where we were moving. I would recommend Templar any day.
