  I've lived here for about 2 years and absolutely LOVE IT, minus the rent 🤣🤣🤣. The community is safe, quiet and kid friendly, with the dead end street, minus the few maniacs that speed through. There were issues with cars loitering, which Maplewood police immediately corrected. Maintenace issues are addressed immediately. Pablo is the best technician hands down from any place I have ever lived in my 30 plus years as a renter. The rest is high, but you do get amenities, I guess it's market rent in NJ, that's the only complaint. Pablo, I so appreciate you and all you do, you are A++++ friendly, helpful, polite, respectful, all around terrific!!!

  The overall experience has been disappointing and exhausting. Repairs have been delayed and pest issues. Do your homework and thoroughly inspect before moving here.

  Looking for a new place to live can be a stressful time, especially for those who have never done so before, which was my case. It was my first time searching for my own apartment, but Kanika Williams made it as easy as pie. My first visit at Maplewood Gardens was amazing! All I could think about was how peaceful and quiet it looked. And after viewing the apartment and seeing the amenities, I was sold! Ms. Williams made me feel like I was entering my home, a place I could call home for years and eventually raise my future family. It's now been 4 months, and I love it here!

  So excited to move into my new home. My husband and I were very pleased with the help we received from Lily. In fact by writing this review our application fee was waved which helped a great deal. Thank you to the gardens at Maplewood and lily.
