  We lived at General Wayne Townhomes for the past five years and had an exceptional experience. Over that time, the management invested heavily in updating and improving the complex, and it truly showed year after year. The neighbors were phenomenal and only got better with time, which made it feel like a real community rather than just a place to live. The grounds are always well maintained, and the landscaping—especially the flowers in the spring—is beautiful. If I had to note one minor drawback, there was some draftiness during the winter, but management proactively replaces the windows whenever a unit turns over, so this should no longer be an issue. Ron, who runs the facility, is outstanding—responsive, professional, and genuinely cares about residents. The owner, Henry, was also a pleasure to work with. We couldn’t recommend General Wayne Townhomes enough and are very grateful for the five years we spent there.

  We didn't end up going with General Wayne just for location purposes but Genesis really attentive and they are rennovating all the apartments. Great town!

  Great managers and great customer service. Very helpful staff. Allyse was very kind and went out of her way to let me know about the property amenities.

  I Love Ridgedale gardens I have. Lived there not to long but Ron and Joe have been wonderful the always come when I need them to. As soon as I call Ron he helps. I have never really had such great maintenance guys Eg
