  I have been a resident at 100 house for 15 months now. The building is incredibly clean and well kept, stocked with amazing amenities, and extremely quiet. But the best part about living at 100 house is 100% the staff. Fabrice and Gebeth have been incredibly kind and easy to work with over the past year. They are extremely responsive, and accommodating to whatever our needs have been. It’s a shame to move out, but we are leaving for work purposes. The initial wow-factor is because of the amenities, but you stay for the staff. They truly make the experience living at the hundred house great and easy. I highly recommend.

  Terrible building - will squeeze every cent they can get out of you. Don’t move in unless you’re a lawyer.

  Derek and Teylor were very helpful throughout the apartment search process. Derek gave a great tour—thorough, friendly, and informative. He and Teylor worked seamlessly together to help me find a space within my budget and went above and beyond to answer all my questions and assist with some timing issues. Super helpful, responsive, and easy to work with.

  Hello, I walked into 100 house as a walk-in, I initially met Makisha and she was so helpful. With no agents available to assist at the moment as everyone had scheduled appointments, she was able to assist me right away. She took me around the property and answered all of my many questions. She continued to follow up after the tour to see if I had any questions, and when I would be willing to make a decision . My search in Jersey City stopped due to a job relocation out of the state but if I ever come back to the New Jersey/New York area, I’ll definitely make the enclave collection my first stop pick.

  My partner & I love 100House & the staff at the front desk. As a new building, there is room for improvement. They don't have guest parking down - we've been told many different things. It seems crazy that we have to go down to open the garage door for them from the inside. I would have to warn that if you're on the west side, you'll hear a lot of noise from the street. Not necessarily bad, but we've been woken up by late night/early morning garbage pickups. The location is one of the best parts. Being so close to Hoboken & Jersey City makes us accessible to all happenings around. We love our apartment & all the fixtures. We have a large island that you wouldn't be able to find in most buildings which is a plus for us. I do find it hard to clean our cabinets & faucets, there is always some type of residue left behind & can't seem to get them streak free. The high ceilings make the space look much bigger & so welcoming. We for sure love our apartment!
