  Don’t believe some of these reviews that are 4 stars and above - the apartment office instructed us that if we left a 4 or above star review we would be entered into a pool raffle where we would get a free pool pass. Oh yes! The pool is not included in the price of rent. The gym is not included in the price of rent. Nothing is included! My partner has been here for 5 years and me for 3. Our experience has been subpar since being here. At some point we had to transfer to another apartment due to a water pipe leak that caused an infestation of all types of insects in our kitchen. You would think because that was not our fault that we would be able to keep our agreed to price in our rent for the rest of our lease. Nope! We did not even have a grace period. We actually had to pay transfer costs and $400 more per month right when we transferred. When we transferred to the “renovated” apartment, we were met with a fridge that did not work, a hole in the wall that a maintenance guy just sprayed mouse foam into to fill, paint job was terrible, sealing of the bathtub was covering mold and rust, carpet leading into the kitchen was lifting, and nothing was properly cleaned by the so called cleaning crew they had (#162). While living there, the downstairs neighbors had a water leak issue where in order to try to fix the problem, we had maintenance people in our apartment cutting huge holes into our wall. They came back to seal the holes, but never came back to paint over them. And when the maintenance man came to check on everything, he made sure I knew that I would be jealous of our old apartment (#81) and how they had to basically strip down everything, even the walls to make it even remotely new. Oh! I almost forgot - in both apartments we have dealt with animals and birds getting into our ceiling from outside. The first apartment, three birds died and it stank up our apartment. The maintenance team took their time to get them out so my partner decided to do it himself. If you stood outside for one minute - you would be able to tell where they go in and out and where to seal the holes. But no, that has not happened. Also, be ready to be dress coded at the pool by the leasing office. One day, when me and one guy were at the pool, a leasing agent saw me and in a matter of minutes, the leasing office sent out a reminder to wear appropriate attire at the pool. No woman should feel so uncomfortable at the place they are paying to live at and be bullied for absolutely nothing. It was unbelievably unprofessional! (I want to mention - I believe the woman who did this is not employed at this location anymore) My partner and I are thankfully moving into an apartment not far from here at the same price for a 2 bed and 2 full bath, trash valet, pool, gym, clubhouse all included built in 2019. Do not settle for this place! I understand it is older - but the bare minimum is making sure things are sealed properly and clean before moving in. There are places right around the corner that are way better and in the same price range for more!!

  Nowhere to park at night, multiple complaints and management refuses to do anything about it. Also, the "emergency maintenance number" never picks up, never. Would not recommend living here.

  Terik & John are fantastic. John showed me around and did my tours of the apartment complex, and Terik orchestrated everything concerning my application, lease, and move in date. They both made it extremely easy and whenever I had questions, which I did, because I am a first time renter, I called and they gladly answered all of them with patience. I had a brief interaction with one member of the maintenance team, as there was a small hiccup at move in, and they beat me to my apartment and resolved the issue. 10/10 recommend to anyone looking for an apartment complex that feels like. community.

  If I could give 0 stars I would!!!!! I HATED living here… the neighbors can be friendly. Not all of them. I live upstairs, downstairs daughter would smoke weed allllll the time. I have a baby and I don’t want her to have to smell weed in her own room… no one did anything about it. Several complaints and even asked the neighbor to stop. Refused. Second the maintenance guys fix NOTHING. Didn’t have a washer and dryer for a while. Moved in, dishwasher didn’t work took monthsssss to get a new one…. Mind you we only lived here for ONE year. And sooo many problems… wouldn’t recommend my worst enemy to live here. So horrible. So glad we moved out!!!!!! Lastly…. When we first looked at the apartments they looked decent. Moved in…. Was not the same as we expected. Look else where. Just my opinion. :)
