The pool policy is a joke (especially if you live in 310), and parking enforcement is just harassment at this point. I literally got a $60 ticket while I had a valid parking pass, all because I rented a U-Haul to store my things while management had my floors changed from carpet to vinyl (which they charged me an extra $250/month for). Marina, the manager, knew exactly what was happening in my unit, but instead of being reasonable, they called the cops and issued a ticket. That’s not tenant support, that’s targeting and kind of predatory. They’ll nickel and dime you every chance they get. For what you pay here ($3,000+ in rent), you should expect a much higher level of care & involve law enforcement when you don’t get your way. Previous comments about the property manager, Marina, she is definitely not a nice person and if you move here, you’d have to deal with her. The rest of the staff is pretty nice especially maintenance, security, and the leasing specialists.

Reasons not to rent here… 1. Your electric bill will be $500 a month and more during the colder months. Everything in these apartments is electric and their systems are old. 2. There is a constant smell of cigarettes and marijuana seeping through the apartments and it is heavy and thick. Complaining to the leasing office will bring you no results. 3. Every year your rent is raised to the max that the state of New Jersey allows, which is 4%. No exceptions according to the property manager. 4. The carpets and floors are filled with dog, urine and are only cleaned every few months still leaving the scent left from the many animals that live in this building. 5. they allow large and aggressive animals to live here without restriction. Just leaving in the morning for work you’re often faced being stuck in an elevator with an unruly, large aggressive dog and hope their owner can control them in small spaces. 4. The money you pay in amenities is worthless because the gyms are never cleaned and smell like an unkept bathroom and the summer pool is so foggy and filled with debris that you’re not sure you should even put your feet in. 5.. maintenance is worthless. You have to call two or three times in order to get the same issue resolved, and the leasing office is poorly managed with very young adults who have no conflict resolution skills whatsoever. I would normally never write such a negative review, but when I advised this office that my mother who I live with was moved to a nursing home due to her requiring daily care and I asked for options and compassion in breaking my lease there was absolutely none. I was told I will be charged two months rent as a fine which equates to over $6000 and of course my security deposit is kept. That kind of lack of humanity is unacceptable to me so I can say is rent here at your own risk. These are just a few of the many reasons why you should not waste your time renting here.
