Tried to reach out to management via phone call, email, and text and they are impossible to get in touch with. They have been like this the entire time I lived there. The neighborhood and building is nice, but if you need anything from management, you will get radio silence from them.

Management is very good at attracting new residents but doesn’t know how to deal with its own residents. Almost forgot, once in a while you’ll get nasty cookies from Walmart on 2nd floor as a reward for living at the Meridia. Enjoy! I do not recommend this place at all.

Gia, the leasing consultant, was wonderful. She made sure that I received the full tour including outdoor balconies and community entertainment areas. I do not have a computer and everything is online. She was extremely helpful in getting my application downloaded into the system from my phone. She answered all of my questions with a smile and made me feel at home. I am looking forward to moving into my new apartment.
