  I've been a tenant here for a little over a year and I have nothing but positive things to say about this building. Not only is my sister also a tenant here which makes the experience so much better but my job is approximately three blocks away. The office manager is very responsible, professional and answers to my phone calls and emails in a timely matter , the super Mr Luis and Trevor always respond to my tickets and fix things in my apartment very quickly. the lobby, the basement and the garbage area are always well maintained and kept clean. BIG SHOUT OUT IN GENERAL TO THE CHILTON TOWERS STAFF <3

  Lived here for two years and had a fantastic time. Great community of people. Massiel is a fantastic help in the leasing office and the maintenance staff are all very nice.

  my spouse is currently having a situation with this place that doesn't shine a bright light on Chilton Towers.. My spouse put down around 3000 down for an apartment but unfortunately had to pass up on the apt because of employment issues.. Chilton, although acknowledging that they received my spouse's money did not and up to thus point will not return her money.. then agrees to return her deposit with 500 charged which brought the return to 2500.. Now the Chilton is saying they never received money at all from my spouse.. if u can avoid this place then please do so.. my spouse is currently looking for for legal representation to get her money back..

  Just moved out of these apartments and figured I would leave a review. The building itself is nice and kept up well! Parking for 2 cars is a little less pleasing. You are given one spot. There’s a gym and community room. The basement also holds the laundry room which your allowed three machines at one time. I recommend doing laundry either early morning or late night. Management is SUPER helpful with any issues and the super Luis is magnificent. Luis made our time at Chilton more enjoyable then we could have imagined. Main issue is the sirens, but that’s a me issue and not a general issue. The fire trucks ambulances would always sound sirens when going through the intersection in front of the building. Other then that we enjoyed our time at Chilton.

  Chilton towers is a nice place to live. The utilities are included in the price, and price is justified by the comfort. Judy, the current administration rep is professional and sweet, always active and polite.
