  As a first time home buyers, you can never be truly prepared and 100% percent knowledgeable, with that being said I was introduced to Mike Hyland whom seems like he's there to help you but in all factual he's there.to get you the loan on top of the most money for him! As I'm learning what contracts I've signed..I'm stuck with a 73% interest loan that's IMPOSSIBLE to pay off! But they don't explain that to you and your just excited to be buying your first home! It's a scam world out there please don't rush and do your research....I think this type of practice should be a CRIME on all levels. This is with a FHA.....shame on all people and businesses involved

  Mario and Kerry made the home buying process easier than I anticipated. I truly appreciate their help in minimizing the overwhelm during my second home purchase. I look forward to working with them again in the near future. They were kind, knowledgeable, and efficient in handling all the details, and they had complete confidence in me throughout the process!

  Today I closed on my 1st home and it wouldn't have been possible without the guidance from Mike Hyland. He is an exceptional person who is compassionate about his job . Thank you Mike and his team for getting me to the finishing line today. I definitely recommend Gateway Mortgage.....

  Gateway is my mrtg provider and has not paid my homeowners insurance and cannot figure out how to pay Geico. I have been on the phone with their insurance team for 6 hours this week, and Geico still has not received payment and will cancel my policy. Avoid at all costs.
