Regret moving here. Can't wait to leave. You'll find way better places than here. This place is just built off of money hunger.

The Botanic has serious communication issues. I’ve made multiple attempts to reach property management by phone and email since December 5, 2025, and I’ve received no reply.
This lack of responsiveness makes it difficult to address resident concerns and undermines trust. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve their follow-through.
For clarity, I am documenting that my outreach began on December 5, 2025, and continued through multiple phone calls and emails without acknowledgment. I’m requesting a written response so there is a record of next steps.
Looking to update this review at a later date .

Not a good apartment complex. I've been living at the botanic for a little over 8 months. When I took the tour, everything looked great. They HAD a concierge that would take in your packages and email it got delivered, they fired the concierge service. The halls and common areas have dog poop and pee in them all the time. There is 3 elevators for the whole complex and most of the time only 1 or 2 work. Packages being delivered are left out in the lobby and the main lobby door is always propped open so package theft happens. Management was quick to help when I started to live here but they don't help at all now. I brought my cats with me and the rugs weren't cleaned so my cats got fleas... Just don't come here, there's other apartments near by that have better service.
