  Violet and the team at 11 Cooper are nothing short of amazing. After a few issues with leasing out of our control, Violet went above and beyond to secure me my apartment. She kept her word and updated me through the whole process. Being already a month here, I love the building, amenities, everything. Always clean and comfortable to be in. Truly makes this a home away from home.

  As a five year resident at 11 Cooper, I can only raved about the satisfied experience and treatment provided by the 11 Cooper staff and team. Where do I start ? Clean building, up keeping top notch, maintenance, you won’t find a better duo than Danny and Kylief ! Violett Felix was an absolute gem at this place! She was phenomenal at always staying ahead of the needs of the residents and constantly delivering professional care and service when requested. I witness her always taking the initiative to get things done and ensure residents are taking care of! I cannot speak highly enough about Violett, Danny, Kylief and the rest of the team. The experience has set the bar extremely high for other competitors in the rental industry. I am certainly glad God bless me to have this wonderful time and experience at 11 Cooper!

  I have lived at 11 Cooper for almost 4 years and no disappointment! Apartments are very modern and location is perfect. From the time I moved in Violet has been helpful, informative and accommodating to this day. Violet knows all her residents personally and always organizes events for the residents! With pervious management leaving, I know that Violet would be the best to fill this roll.

  I lived here for a year and honestly loved every minute of it. You can see exactly where your rent goes—the building and facilities are always clean and beautifully maintained. The office and leasing team are some of the kindest people I’ve met, especially Violet, who was always so helpful and welcoming. It's also a very quiet, peaceful ambiance here - really nice to come home to after a chaotic work day. Maintenance here is top-notch—requests are handled quickly, and they actually fix things the right way, not just patch them up. The location couldn’t be better, right on the Camden waterfront. I always felt safe, with a strong police presence in the area thanks to the nearby medical and law schools. I’ve lived in a lot of apartments over the years, and this place has truly set the bar. I wish every rental experience could be like this one!

  I toured 11 Cooper Street with Violet, what a pleasure. Not only was she professional, she was also very articulate in explaining every detail of the residents amenities. I found that both herself and her staff knowledgeable, and ready to answer any questions (several residents that I spoke with, also gave them high praise). Violet, NEVER, made me feel rushed, with anything that she spoke about. Violet assured me that if I had any questions to reach out to her via email (I did, and she responded in a VERY TIMELY manner). I am looking forward to hopefully becoming a resident at 11Cooper Street. A well maintained residence, and a place I'd like to call home!. I'd give Violet 15 stars, but 5 is the Max.
