She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way The property itself is extremely well maintained and clearly managed with care and attention to detail to ensure everything runs smoothly From the condition of the building to the quality of service, everything exceeded expectations. I truly have nothing but positive things to say about the experience and highly recommend this location!
- NNNamiJun 25, 20255.0Moving into this apartment is one of the best decisions I have ever made. Jon was incredible from the start and answered all my questions leading up to my moving in date. He was so patient and incredibly nice. He made me feel at ease with the whole move! I also want to thank Darren for just being an incredible human being! He is not only the maintenance guy but also one of the nicest bound brook resident. I created a maintenance request expecting a turn around time of 2 days but Darren came quicker than my DoorDash order! Not only did he fix the issue, but he walked me through the process and went over what I could do in case it happened again. Not only did he resolve the issue but he checked up a few days after to make sure all was well. He is truly a gem! Overall I had a 10/10 experience thus far!
