Going on four years living at Pointe Breeze now and I could not recommend the property more! The apartments are spacious, the property is well-maintained, and staff Kevin & Diane go above and beyond for the residents - any maintenance requests or issues are always resolved same-day. Pointe Breeze is a great place to live!!

"A great place to call "home". These are great apartments in a great area. They are a bit older but well maintained. Maintenance and office staff are always friendly and quick to respond to such issues. Location is great to major highways for easy access to Philly, New York or the beach. I have loved my time here and will always recommend it to others.

Terrible experience overall. The apartment was not maintained well, and I had to spend hundreds of my own money just to address the aggressive insect and rodent problems in the apartment. The Washer/Dryer and Dishwasher were broken day 1, and although they eventually replaced the washer dryer after 3 months, the dishwasher was never replaced. The property manager was rude most times, and very difficult to get in touch with. Any complaint about the insects or rodents was responded with an explanation on why that's "completely normal", followed by a threat of legal action if I pursued it any further. Since they decided to increase my rate at renewal, I briefly considered transferring to a cheaper unit. I was forced to pay a $300 transfer fee to hold said apartment, which they kept after I came to my senses less than a week later and decided against transferring units. Overall I am shocked I got most of my security deposit back, and I would give zero stars if I could.
