    I have gathered some info for prospect tenants. First floor problems rodents in Buildings 483 C. 2nd & 3rd floor problems Building 483 B no heat in over 20 days without clear remedy or plan in sight. 3rd floor 483 C leaks fromnew roof installed 6 months prior. Maintenance trys it's best but management is completely clueless and severely incompetent.
