  Our family had a somewhat complicated selling situation. We sold a home held in a family trust. The family members handling the sale were out of state. And to make the logistics even more challenging, our parents had lived in the home for over 30 years. We had decades of possessions to sort through and remove from the home, and there were repairs to be done. Fortunately we had Brian Morse on our side! With his high energy, go-to attitude, and willingness to help in any way needed, we were able to get through the obstacles and have a very successful sale. Brian was ready for the home to be sold the day it was listed, and that’s exactly what happened…for a significant amount over asking price. Closing was smooth and uneventful.   I don't think we would have gotten our house if Brian hadn't jumped on our offer so fast and gotten the open house and other showings canceled. We have made a great friendship with him he is the best. We had two other agents we asked for help and never heard from them after one visit each. Brian just kept on working hard until we got the house we wanted.
